Processing CHIEF Errors

1. The job will update with the customs response 'Errors reported by CHIEF'
   
2. Double click anywhere in the 'Customs Action' task to re-open the declaration
3. Click 'Errors' button on the declaration toolbar
   
4. Make the relevant changes to declaration
5. Click 'Send'
6. When accepted it will show a status of 'Accepted'
